Day 2

Egg Salad, either you love it or you hate it, and I love it!
It is something quick that I can whip up the night before and take for lunch.

Egg Salad
2 Boiled Eggs
1 TB sweet relish
2 TB Light Miracle Whip

Mix all 3 ingredients and refrigerate until serving.
Calories: 195
Fat: 15
Protein: 12

I put it on one slice of 35 calorie wheat bread and it's a quick and easy 230 calorie lunch that is very filling. I pair it with a cup of celery for crunch that is only an additional 14 calories.
