Day 13



Low calorie jambalaya 
1 package Johnsonville Cajun chicken sausage
1 box low sodium zatarains zumbalaya rice

Prepare rice as directed for stovetop on package (use only water and omit vegetable oil)
Cook sausage on George Foreman grill until slightly brown.
Cut each sausage link into 8 slices and place in rice for the last 5 minutes of cooking.

4 servings
1 serving = 1 cup cooked rice and 8 slices sausage
Calories: 330
Fat:13
Protein: 17

This is a quick, simple, and yummy recipe. If it is too spicy you can simply add some fat free sour cream to tone it down.
