Flourless Banana Pancakes

I have been craving some banana pancakes, but don't want the calories of IHOP's version :)

I found this recipe online and absolutely loved it! Craig even liked them (however he put peanut butter on top of his).


1 Really ripe banana
2 whole eggs

Beat until smooth with mixer.
Pour on hot griddle or pan sprayed with PAM.
Cook about 30-40 seconds on each side.

Fat: 10.6g
Protein: 13.6g

These pancakes are a protein powerhouse! They are so moist they don't even need syrup, yummy.
