My new favorite dessert or snack that satisfies the sweet tooth are these energy bites. If you add just a pinch of cocoa powder to this recipe they taste like no bake cookies.

Energy bites
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup natural almond or peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla
3 T chia seeds

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and roll into 12 evenly round balls.store in freezer until ready to eat for a quick energizing snack.
