Crockpot Jumbalaya

It is a cold cloudy day here, nothing like a hot and spicy jumbalaya to warm me up!

Crockpot jumbalaya
3 3-4oz raw chicken breasts (cut in small peices)
1 pkg frozen onions and peppers
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis
2 cups water
1 pkg Butterball hardwood smoked turkey sausage (cut in small peices)
1 Family size (12oz) reduced sodium Zatarans jumbalaya mix

In crockpot pour bag of frozen peppers and onions, chicken breast peices, and turkey sausage. Pour in 3 cups of water and undrained can of tomatoes with green chilis. Top with pepper and cayenne pepper spice if desired. Cook on high 3 hours. Dump in entire Zatarans box and stir well. Cook an additional 30min on high.
